11-21-97  Chocolate Scotcheroos  1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup light Corn Syrup
1 Cup Peanut Butter
6 Cups Rice Cereal
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1 Cup chopped Nuts (optional)  Combine sugar & syrup in medium pan;
cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat & stir in peanut butter; mix well.
Add rice cereal; blend & press mixture into buttered 9x13 cake pan.
Melt chips over hot water (or in microwave) on low heat, stirring constantly.
When melted, spread over bars.
